The Click! Agency is a fictional "spy school" where girls, ages 10-15, will have the opportunity to solve mysteries using critical-thinking and problem-solving skills while building their knowledge and confidence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). At the Click! Agency, girls from around the world work together via a social network to solve mysteries in biomedical science, environmental protection, and expressive technology.
The Click! Agency is a program of the Girls, Math & Science Partnership (GMSP) at the Carnegie Science Center. Born as a result of The Heinz Endowments 1998 study, Promising Futures, GMSP was created to address issues regarding girls, their participation in science, and their influence on the workforce - to think differently about what science is and who can do it.
Through this initiative, the CSC works to engage, educate, and inspire girls to be a part of the globally competitive science and technology workforce. Please learn more by visiting our website at BrainCake.org or CarnegieScienceCenter.org.
Click! Agency is based on work supported by John D. & Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation under Prim Award no. 08-91858-000-HCD and The Regents of the University of California.
